Ottawa,
April 30, 2018 — Paul Nguyen gave a speech and celebrated
alongside hundreds of Vietnamese-Canadians at the Heritage
and Freedom Flag raising ceremony at Parliament Hill in
Ottawa. Special guest speakers included PC Leader Andrew
Scheer, Senator Thanh Hai Ngo, and Father Nguyen Van Khai.
