April 28, 2018 — Paul Nguyen gave a speech and celebrated
alongside hundreds of Vietnamese-Canadians at the Heritage
and Freedom Flag raising ceremony at Nathan Phillips Square
in Toronto. Special guest speakers included Toronto Mayor
John Tory, PC Leader Andrew Scheer, Senator Thanh Hai Ngo,
and Father Nguyen Van Khai.
