McDougall, United Nations Rapporteur on Minority Issues,
visits the Jane-Finch community to talk to residents about
issues concerning visible minorities. Ms. Gay McDougall
submits annual reports to the UN Human Rights Council on her
activities, including country visits and makes
recommendations to States that she has visited.
