The Vietnamese Association of North York held the 2008
Vietnamese New Year celebrations at Driftwood Community Centre
on February 9, 2008. The show featured singers, lion dancers,
martial artists, and a variety of cultural entertainment from
the Vietnamese community. In attendance was Vietnamese
Association director Liem Tran, Hon. Judy Sgro, Peter LiPreti as
well as a large Vietnamese audience from the Jane-Finch area.
